Wings: Chain five,
double crochet five, chain 1 & turn, double crochet four, chain 1 &
turn, double crochet three. Fold one side of the wing to make a point. Stitch.

Frame:

Four dowels, cut
in half. Put the holes together and hung by the string with the Wooden Circle.
